Fattoria di Vaira - Molise

This is one of the largest farms in Molise which covers 530 hectares and is located in an environmentally protected area.

They produce olive oil, cheese, salami, wine, pasta, vegetable using artisan and traditional methods.

The aim of Fattoria di Vaira is to promote Molise and its traditional faming methods and produce.  Hence, they work very closely with the Italian Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in order to achieve these goals.

Castrum Monacilionis – Molise

Castrum Monacilionis is a co-operative society comprised of nearly 100 artisan producers in Molise.  They make numerous products ranging from cheese, salami, wine, pasta, baked goods and flour.
