We source our stock from small family owned companies and farms through to large artisan co-operative societies, whose aims to preserve traditional food processing and farming methods. Same of the provisions we import are exclusively made from HMD. |
HMD’s objectives are:

| To continue journeying through each region of Italy searching for the best artisan producers we can find |
| At present, our journey begins in Molise one of the smallest regions in the country. We aim to promote this region through its cuisine and tourism. |
